I Start Again
CONCEPT / XAN COLMAN
DIRECTION / XAN COLMAN & DAVID MYLES
Two of the twentieth century’s finest artists turned 100 in 2006, or would have, had the tides of time not been drawn to shore. A is for Atlas has created a theatrical installation inspired by and reflecting on the work of these two great artists. Four short plays, sonata fragments, and a visual art feast combined for a cross-artform event like no other. I Start Again also featured the world-first performance of Samuel Beckett’s What Where by an all-female cast.
Ohio Impromptu by Samuel Beckett (directed by David Myles)
